You may request a return within 10 days of receiving your item.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • The item must be in original packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

Certain items such as personal care products, hygiene-sensitive items, or final sale products may not be eligible for return for safety reasons.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 10 days of delivery.

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

We will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

4. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved, we will notify you via email.

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Orders canceled after processing or shipment
  • Items returned used or damaged by the customer
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by customer
  • Delivery delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellation may not be possible due to immediate processing under our dropshipping model.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Contact your credit card company
  • Contact your bank
